Michelin-Trained Chefs Serving $15 Ramen

Michelin-Trained Chefs Serving $15 Ramen

Here's the insane part about this tiny East Village spot - the chefs slinging noodles here used to work at Michelin-starred restaurants, but they're serving absolutely incredible Korean-inspired ramen for like fifteen bucks. David Chang basically flipped the fine dining world upside down when he opened this place, proving that casual doesn't mean compromising on technique. The pork buns alone will make you question every other dumpling you've ever had.

Tip

Skip the weekend crowds and hit it up on a Tuesday night when you can actually get a seat at the counter and watch the kitchen magic happen.
