Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Destli, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Destli provides a travel tracking platform, trip planner, and curated destination content. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Destli
  • One person per account — shared or automated accounts are not allowed

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Destli (trip plans, lists, comments). By making content public, you grant Destli a license to display it on the platform and in promotional materials.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

AI-generated content

The trip planner uses AI to suggest activities and fill itineraries. These suggestions are informational only — always verify details (opening hours, prices, safety) before relying on them. Destli is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform without permission
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the service

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Destli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (if any).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Destli after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
